We were a group of 7 and visited Prague between 12th and 16th February. On the Tuesday 13th we went on the Ultimate walking tour with Nina. We found her to be very pleasant, extremely informative and very friendly. Included in our deal were free tickets to the Ghost trail which we did on the Thursday. We were very pleased to find out that Nina was doing this tour what fun we had, again very informative it was fun fun fun. The 7 people our group all said Nina must be an asset to your company.
This was my fourth visit to Prague and I will come again soon and will definitely do another tour with your company

Dear Monika,
My name is David and I attended the "ultimate tour" that you guided on Friday 16 March. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the end of the tour because I had to meet some friends. So, I thought I would write you a note (in the hope that it gets to you) and say how much I enjoyed the tour and in particular your obvious enthusiasm and passion for Prague and its history.

I would like to give my highest compliments to one of your guides, Nina Jelinkova. I presently work at the University of Belgrade with the US State Department. I decided, during our break, to holiday in Prague. I had never seen your lovely city before and Nina was my guide for the "Ultimate Tour." What a wonderful and warm way to be introduced to Prague! I found Nina to be knowledgeable, warm, and a good listener. I did half the tour with a dear Polish friend who I knew in the States, and she felt the same way. Such attributes set an outsider's first impressions of a country. And so, you can imagine that my opinions of your country are quite positive. Dear Sir/Madam, at City Walks:
I have just returned from a wonderful holiday when I was so fortunate to be able to come to Prague. I am a 68 year old woman who has traveled extensively, but coming to Prague on my own was a bit of a challenge.
I decided to join one of your City Walks and went on Tour 10 with a guide called Nina. I would like to say that in all my travels I have not come across a more interesting and wonderful guide. Nina gave me a really marvelous tour. Her English is superb which does make it so much easier and she was so knowledgeable. She described the history of your country in a way that made it easy to understand and was a charming person to represent your beautiful country. She was enthusiastic in her guiding and made us all feel so very welcome and looked after us very carefully.

I have had great pleasure in recommending her and your City Walks to all my friends, both back here in New Zealand and overseas. It makes such a difference to be made to feel welcome and to have someone guide you who has such an enthusiastic and interesting input. I did love your beautiful city, and do hope to return one day. This letter is to acknowledge a very special day.

Hello,
On Tuesday of this week my wife and I along with my mother took part in the ultimate tour at 10:30 hrs. Our guide was Blanka and we cannot praise her enough. Every thing was going very well until my wife missed a step in the cellar of the restaurant and damaged her ankle. This was unfortunately for us the end of our tour, which until then we enjoyed tremendously. It was obvious that my wife would have to visit the hospital, and from this moment on Blanka and the other male tour guide were absolutely superb. They organized accompanied transport to the hospital, transport back to our hotel, and also arranged for a refund of our tour costs. The help and service which was given here could not have been bettered anywhere. Luckily the damage turned out to be a sprain and not a break. We were lucky enough to salvage the rest of our holiday without too many problems and have now returned home. We would like to pass on our heartfelt thanks to all those involved and to your company. We have strongly recommended your company in our hotel and I feel sure that we will be paying another visit to Prague.

Hi,
We participated in one of City Walks 'All in One' tours on May 2. Elena was our guide. We enjoyed the tour and seeing Prague immensely, and thought that Elena provided an insight into your city's culture and history that we would have missed had we "self-guided" on our own.  We took advantage of some of her suggestions for local restaurants and enjoyed some excellent Prague cuisine.
